The Worshipful Company of Pewterers is an ancient and continually evolving City Livery Company. It is ranked sixteenth in the order of Livery precedence with records dating back to 1348. Today, the Company has an active and diverse membership who support several charities, the pewter trade, the government of the City of London and the Armed Forces.
Today the Company maintains strong links with the pewter trade and promotes pewter via its annual design competition Pewter Live. Pewterers' Hall has a large collection of modern & antique pewter and continuously commissions pieces from new designers. There is a Gallery of Manufacturers on our website.
