71 Signal Regiment, 68 Signal Squadron

The Royal Corps of Signals (often known as the Royal Signals or just R SIGNALS) is one of the combat support arms of the British Army. Signals units are among the first into action, providing the battlefield communications and information systems essential to all operations. Colloquially referred to by some as "Siggies".

71st (City of London) Yeomanry Signal Regiment

The Regt HQ (RHQ) is based in Bexleyheath, Kent.  There are also four subordinate squadrons:  265 Sp Sqn co-located with RHQ in Bexleyheath; 31 Sig Sqn, based in Uxbridge, Coulsdon and Kingston; 36 Sig Sqn based in Colchester and Chelmsford; and 68 Sig Sqn based in Lincoln’s Inn, Whipps Cross and Romford.

We are a communications Squadron with the Squadron Headquarters based at Whipps Cross, we also have a Detachments based in Lincoln's Inn and Romford.
